If purchased during the booking procedure, the Flexible Ticket allows You to change the date and/or time of your flight booking under the terms set out in this section.

• All rebookings must be made at least 24 hours before the original time of departure.
• Rebooking is only possible within the same airline.
• Flight segments must be used in the same order as originally booked.
• Upgrading to a different cabin or booking class is not permitted.
• Rebooking a ticket for a stop-over is not permitted.
• Changes of origin and/or destination are not allowed.
• A journey can only be rebooked once.
• If You cancel the flight, the price for the Flexible Ticket service will not be refunded.

7.2 Self-transfer Guarantee

If our connection guarantee assistance services are included in your booking, this will be clearly stated during the booking process and on your booking confirmation.

• The Self-transfer Guarantee applies if your flight is rescheduled, delayed, or canceled.
• It does not apply to changes that are within the same ticket or due to force majeure.
• You must inform Us without undue delay if you wish to use the Self-transfer Guarantee.
